We've been back at the track, continuing with testing and riding.
I've finally had a couple of opportunities to get my Buell 1125R
track bike out.
We brought this bike as a stolen recovery & writeoff. It was a mess: leaking forks, still hot wired and damage all over. Added to this was the crushed exhaust and cracked engine case from when the police salvaged it with a forklift!?!?
We pulled it apart, rebuilt and repaired components as needed. Freshened everything up, including suspension and brakes, then added a couple of minor upgrades for good measure.
So far it's running really well and the only issue has been a fuse that decided to blow at random.
We're off to Phillip Island GP circuit next up. I will update you guys after that.
